Dr. Calvin Williams is a blogger, consultant, inspirational speaker, and advocate for Authentic Leadership, with an extensive background in university Career Services. He has provided comprehensive career development support for students and alumni, while coordinating university-wide employer relations initiatives at UCF, FSU, and Indian River State College.
Dr. Williams has presented at national, regional, and state conferences on topics including career services innovation, employer relations best practices, and Authentic Leadership. His expertise also spans academic advising, military and veterans services, staff development, event planning, policy creation, and leadership facilitation.
His research interests focus on Leadership and Development, Training, and Employee Engagement.
Dr. Williams holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, a Master of Arts in Counseling/Human Relations, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
